is always on saturday. Special permit only with a written confirmation. Arrival possible from 15:30 o'clock, Departure till 11:00 o'clock

are possible against payment. Registration at the reception.

Reservation / payment

After your booking you will receive from us a twofold confirmation. Please double check the confirmation and send back to us a signed copy. Please highlight if you would like to take out cancellation insurance. The advanced payment is in summer € 300,- per room and € 500,- in winter per room (free of charges).

Cancellation

The conditions of the official Austrian hotel contract are valid! For every cancellation we charge a handling fee of € 40,-. Only written cancellation notices will be accepted.

1. Cancellation till 3 months before the agreed arrival day by one-way declaration of one of the contractual partners - without any cancellation fee.

2. Beyond the under point 1 mentioned period a cancellation by one-way declaration only possible among the following cancellation fee:
- till 1 month before the arrival day 40 % of the booked total arrangement-price
- till 1 week before the arrival day 70 % of the booked total arrangement-price
- within the last week before the arrival day 90 % of the booked total arrangement-price

Belated arrival or earlier departure of booked inclusive offers are not count off as well as not consumed dinner or services.

More security

Whether a family member gets sick (to be proved with a doctor's certificate), an accident occurs, or a close family member dies, you are covered by the cancellation insurance. Covered are late arrivals, cancellations or abortion of your holidays. You are even covered during your holidays. We charge € 2,80 per adult and day and € 1,40 per child and day. Please highlight the YES or NO (new prices for the cancellation insurance for winterseason 2010-2011: € 3,00 per adult and day, € 1,50 per child and day).

Error, changes of programm and variation of prices are reserved!
