Reservation/payment?

After your booking you will receive from us a twofold confirmation. Please double check the confirmation and send back to us a signed copy. Please highlight if you would like to take out cancellation insurance. The advanced payment is € 300,- per room in summer resp. € 500,- per room in winter (free of charges).

Credit cards: VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard - extra fee
EC Cards (MAESTRO):from A and D without Pin, all other countries (I, CH, NL, B) with Pin. Please check the maximum limit of your card for foreign countries.

We offer you to pay the total amount 14 days before the beginning of your holidays by bank transfer to avoid extra charges on credit card payments. Please find more information here.

Check in and check out?

The rooms will be ready to check in at the latest from 15:30h. We ask to check out untill 11:00h.

Parking?

Serfaus is a traffic reduced area. Arriving and departing to/from the hotel is allowed. At the arrival you can park next to the hotel entrance. Our porter will help you with your luggage and park the car for you. We have got free parking spaces next to the hotel, two garages (with charge) and a parking space at the entrance of the town at our playground for children.

Internet?

Brought your own portable PC? We have internet access in every room, the hotel bar and lobby. You just have to get a password at the reception to login in via Wireless Lan. We also have a Internet-Surf-Station at the basement which works with this password too. (eg flat rate per stay € 10,-)
